We want your shopping experience at The WERKING Girl to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple return policy below. Return Information

• We accept returns for online credit within 7 calendar days from the date you placed your order. The online credit should match the new purchase price, remaining balance credit is not carried over. If the new purchase price is higher than the online credit, then the balance is owed and an invoice will be sent to you. 
• Anything purchased at a discounted price, is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise, or cannot be returned.
• Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
• Original shipping is not refundable.
• Availability of a replacement item is not guaranteed.
• Return Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
• Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.
  

How Do I Make A Return?

• *Returns must be sent within the first 7 calendar days of receiving your item. 
• Please include your order invoice and reason for return with the merchandise for tracking purposes
• Packaging must be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage or over wrinkling upon return could be subject to 20% restock fee.

• You can also return items via an insured carrier of your choice to:

• We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. The WERKING Girl is not responsible for damaged, missing or packages lost in transit. 
  

Return Shipping

• U.S and International returns are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

• Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
• 3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $10.00 return cost.
• If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can credit you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGE?

• We ship via USPS which providing secure and easy track-able methods of shipping, if your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

• We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

• Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
